Some clarification from the regional regarding extensions.
I have a client whose behaviour plan ended on March 29. I submitted for a 6 month extension and they clarified that because it ended before April 1, I have to submit a 3 month extension and then a six month when that one runs out.

So plans that ended before April first can indeed be extended for 9 months. I hope that helps anyone who was in the same situation.
